Richard is is a veteran in the security and aviation industry with many years of experience in UK and Asia. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He joined IPS in 1999. He has over 20 years experience in the aviation business.

William holds a MBA & BEng from UTS Australia. He was a practiced aircraft licensed engineer and experienced project manager.
He has held various senior management roles with Qantas including Consulting, Airport Planning & Operations, Aircraft Maintenance, New Aircraft Fleet Introduction, GSE and capital intense projects.
